I've got a Power Plate machine at home. It has a raised plate on the floor and you step on it and hold onto the handlebars, which come up from the floor like a push bike!! It is great for joints and now used in several physio departments. It's certainly helped me. You just stand still, hold on, and it does all the work for you. I enjoy it! We've also bought an exercise bike so the conservatory is now a gymn/hobbies room!! Have you got a pilates ball? I am using this every day as well, and it is really helping my core balance.
